Clear expectations before checkout
Price, stock and payment
Prices shown for online products are in Canadian dollars. The server rechecks the live supplier quantity and recalculates delivery and Ontario HST before opening Stripe. A cart does not reserve stock; a time-limited reservation is created when secure checkout begins.
Jandy products
Jandy products are advertised as “Available in-person only.” No Jandy retail price is displayed, and Jandy products cannot be added to a cart, reserved, purchased, invoiced or paid for online. A product inquiry does not reserve an item or create a sale; any purchase must be completed in person.
Local delivery
Online checkout currently accepts Windsor-Essex postal areas beginning with N8, N9, N0R or N0P. Delivery is $12.99 before tax for product subtotals under $200 and free at $200 or more. Timing is confirmed after purchase.
Returns and cancellations
Use the contact form before sending back or installing an item. Return eligibility for chemicals, electrical components, opened goods and special-order equipment depends on condition and supplier restrictions. Do not ship a return until Windsor Pool Supplies provides instructions. Contact the store promptly if an order must be cancelled before fulfillment.
Service requests
A service submission is a request for assessment, not a paid booking. Installation and field service are scoped, quoted and scheduled separately from product checkout.
Privacy and payments
Order and service details are stored privately in Supabase and used to respond, fulfill purchases and send operational alerts. Payment-card details are collected by Stripe and are never stored by this storefront. The site does not sell customer information.
Corrections and privacy requests
Use the contact form to request an order correction or access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to transaction-record and legal retention requirements.
